Born in Southern California, I have a love for the Ocean, fishing, camping and digging for clams. During the summer months my family and I like to vacation in Ft. Bragg California on the Ocean. It’s a great vacation spot and there are many attractions along the way.
On the personal side, my family and I have lived in Nevada for 13 years and my two Daughters (Gina & Candice) spent their childhood between Elko and Fernley. Small town life lends itself well to keeping a strong community spirit and a close eye on your children. The Girls are in their twenties now and are still attending College, both are pursuing Medical careers.
On the Career side, I have been in many different roles and have worn several different hats, most of which, at the same time. From tax accounting to IST support for Clinical Staff, managing in a mining environment to business owner with a sales force of thirteen. Sales Coordination for CA, OR to Account Management for Northern Nevada. The common thread for success has always been internal and external customer service.
I am in my sixth year with Concentra Medical Centers I can honestly say that I have enjoyed every opportunity given to me to make a difference in our client’s experience within our medical centers. My responsibilities have encompassed a wide range of duties, which continues to evolve based on client input and their changing needs.
The greatest personal contribution any salesperson can make to the profession is to provide the highest standards in customer service. There are always going to be mishaps and or mistakes with any product or service. But most importantly, from a customer view, it is not having to experience imperfections that become the issue but the prompt resolve or the lack of. The outcome can change the direction of your relationship forever.
The sale is truly not the biggest payday, rather the development of a strong relationship.
Being nominated by the City of Sparks (Karen Caterino) for this honor will always be a cherished memory and a proud moment in my career with Concentra Medical Centers. My true desire is to have all my client’s feel that his or her experience was an exceptional one.
